To cancel your account it is necessary to advice us by writing (fax or email) at least 30 days prior to the end of your current contract.
If we do not receive your payment at the starting due date, we will be obliged to freeze the service and
to reactivate, fees of 15.00$ + tax will be required for the reconnection for a regular account.
Fees of $25.00 +tx will be charge for all NSF cheque or credit card rejected.
